About
Engineers first. Vendors second.
Jenix Labs is a registered software company based at House No. 73, Midland Avenue, Model Town, T-Chowk, Multan, Pakistan. We started the way most good software companies do — by building things we needed ourselves. That product became Faro POS, and it now runs on counters every day, offline and online.
We operate two tracks. Services take client problems end-to-end: web, mobile, desktop, design, deployment. Products are our own bets — Faro today, more editions coming. The tracks feed each other: lessons from our counters make your custom systems better, and client work keeps our engineering sharp.
No account managers reading scripts. You talk to the people who design and write the software.

Principles
Three commitments we don’t negotiate.
Offline-reliability
Software that stops when the internet stops isn’t finished software. Local-first is our default architecture, everywhere.
Honest billing
Scoped quotes, fixed prices, no hourly meters running on meetings. If scope changes, you hear it from us first — in writing.
Plain-language UX
Your staff shouldn’t need training videos to issue an invoice. We design interfaces people understand on the first try.
Culture
What working with us feels like.
/01Weekly demos on clickable staging URLs — progress you can see, not status reports you have to decode.
/02Written scopes before contracts. If it’s not written down, it’s not promised.
/03Plain-language everything: proposals, invoices, incident reports. Jargon is a tax you shouldn’t pay.
/04We say “no” to work we can’t do well, and refer it to someone who can.
Have something worth building?
Tell us the problem. We’ll come back with a scope, a timeline, and a straight answer.
