1. Who we are

The controller responsible for this website is JENIX LABS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, trading as Jenix Labs, with its registered office at House No. 73, Midland Avenue, Model Town, T-Chowk, Multan, Pakistan. References to “Jenix Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean this company.

2. Information we receive

• Inquiry information: your name, email address, selected project type, message, and anything else you choose to include when contacting us.
• Direct communications: information contained in emails or WhatsApp messages, including the contact details and account information exposed by those services.
• Technical request information: our hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and similar server-log information needed to deliver and protect the website.
• Theme preference: the light or dark theme you choose is saved in your browser’s local storage underjl-theme.

The repository’s default contact-form behavior prepares an email in your device’s mail application. It does not store the form submission in a Jenix Labs website database. We will update this notice before enabling a third-party or server-side form endpoint.

3. Why we use information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

• respond to inquiries and discuss possible work;
• prepare proposals or take steps toward a contract;
• deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• maintain business records and comply with legal obligations;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where a legal basis is required, we generally rely on your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, or a legal obligation. We do not add inquiry details to marketing lists without separate permission.

4. Cookies and local storage

Jenix Labs does not currently set analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies on this website. The theme control uses local storage so the website can remember your visual preference. That value stays in your browser and does not identify you to us.

Because no non-essential cookies are currently used, the website does not display a cookie-consent banner. If analytics, advertising, embedded media, or other non-essential storage is introduced, we will update this notice and add consent controls where required before enabling it.

5. Sharing and external services

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that help us operate communications, hosting, security, or contracted work, but only for the relevant purpose and subject to appropriate obligations.

Links to WhatsApp, email services, and Faro POS take you to services that operate under their own privacy terms. Information you send through those services is also processed by their providers. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. Retention

We retain inquiry and business correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, maintain necessary records, or meet legal and dispute-resolution requirements. Technical logs are retained according to the security and hosting configuration in use. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.

7. International processing

Communications and infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires it, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through the general inquiry form.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and complain to an appropriate regulator.

This corporate website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through it.
