3. Client engagements

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to proceed. If we agree to work together, the signed proposal, statement of work, or other contract will govern that engagement and will take priority over these website terms if there is a conflict.

4. Faro POS

Faro POS is a Jenix Labs product, but product access, licensing, subscriptions, support, data processing, warranties, and other product-specific matters are governed by the terms presented with Faro POS or agreed with the customer. These website terms alone do not grant a Faro licence.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s branding, design, text, graphics, software, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Jenix Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, scrape at scale, remove ownership notices, or create misleading derivative use without permission or another lawful basis.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

• violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
• introduce malware or interfere with security or availability;
